Shanghai NQA Certification Co., Ltd (SNQA) is co-invested company by National Quality Assurance Co., Ltd (NQA, accredited by UKAS and ANAB),Beijing New Century Certification Co., Ltd(BCC) and Beijing Shiji Jinxin Technology Co., Ltd, and has been approved by CNCA. In 2006, National Quality Assurance Co., Ltd has been incorporated into NICEIC Group, while NICEIC Group Co., Ltd is still trading as NQA and accredited by UKAS and ANAB. Certification Division within NICEIC, SNQA and NQA USA are the three head quarters of NQA global. SNQA is responsible for the business of NQA within Asia Pacific Region, shares all certification resource of NQA globally, and issues the certificates with accreditation by UKAS and ANAB. And also, SNQA on behalf of NQA, is developing and applying new schemes, and provide technical support to all overseas offices outside China Mainland, and play a critical role of NQA global family. NQA’s global documented management system documentations apply to China as well in addition to local legal and regulatory requirements.
All business operated in China mainland by SNQA shall be approved by CNCA and shall be compliant with any applicable legal and regulatory requirements within in China mainland and accept all supervision and monitoring by authorities. The business operated outside China mainland within Asia Pacific region shall comply with any applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
SNQA has been equipped by professionals, office infrastructures and equipments etcs, and is responsible for contract review, certification audit managements and all supporting activities.
